In order to run a smooth clinic, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. We kindly ask patients to provide us with 48-hour notice of cancellation of reschedule of their appointment. Extenuating circumstances will be considered. Cancellation within 24-hour of your appointment will incur a full charge for the appointment. Cancellations at 48 hours will incur a 50% charge.
