Frozen shoulder can be treated through a variety of different techniques including mobilisation/adjustments, soft tissue releases, acupuncture, stretches and exercises to the shoulder and the surrounding areas.
Migraines & Headaches
Migraines & Headaches can be very debilitating and come with a variety of symptoms such as aura (visual changes), flashing lights, numbness and tingling, dizziness and neck pain. Migraines can be triggered from musculature and joint issues around the neck and shoulders as well as other trigger mechanisms such as food, poor sugar levels or dehydration. Mobilisation/adjustments, soft tissue and patient postural educate can help elevate Migraine or headaches.
Sciatica
Sciatica is re-known for its pain, weakness and tingling or numbness into the leg. Sciatica may be caused by injury or pressure on the sciatic nerve. This can also happen to many other nerves in the upper leg, lower leg and arms. Chiropractic adjustments/mobilisations, soft tissue release, nerve stretches and patient biomechanic educate are example of how chiropractors treat Sciatica.
Muscle spasms
Muscle spasms often follow from a sports injury, a lifting injury or a biomechanical load problem. Muscle spasms may cause a muscle tear, tendon or ligament tear or secondary from a misalignment of joint. Techniques such as medical acupuncture, soft tissue releases, stretching exercises or cupping techniques are used to treat muscle spasms.
Nerve referral pain
Nerve referral pain is when nerve become pinched or trapped either at the source (the spine) or at some point down its path. Nerve referral pain comes with one or more of the following tingling, numbness, shooting pain, or pins and needles. Treatment for nerve pain can include gentle soft issues release, mobilisations or adjustments, nerve exercises
